Wendy is responsible for promoting events and programs with a focus on increasing positive public awareness and organizational capacity of TheDCH. She oversees production of the website, electronic communications and all publications. She serves as spokesperson for TheDCH and builds relationships with media, government, business, and community leaders. She also identifies funding sources and potential program partners, and develops strategies to influence public policy. Wendy holds a Bachelor’s degree in English, with minors in Sociology and Philosophy.

Fun fact: Wendy grew up on a tree farm in South Jersey, so her tree hugging roots run deep. She enjoys yoga, hiking, and training her dog to run agility courses.
