Gary directs program planning and guides the administration, promotion and fiscal management of many DCH projects and activities. He works to develop contacts and communications with local agencies, municipalities and community groups. He oversees the Education, Tree Program and Landscape staff. Gary has a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering and a Master’s degree in Public Horticulture Administration.

Fun fact: Brought up on a Midwestern dairy farm, Gary knows almost as much about cows as he does about plants.
