Joe leads the Development Department, ensuring that TheDCH is supported by variety of funding sources. Previously he has worked for the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary, the Manayunk Development Corporation and Wilmington Renaissance Corporation. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Communications from Ursinus College, a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law, and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Delaware. Joe is a Delaware native who now lives in London Grove Township, Pennsylvania.
