Jen directs and supports the development of TheDCH’s Urban Agriculture and Community Gardening, Urban Forestry, Horticultural Training, and Re-entry Employment Programs. She is a member of the Wilmington Tree Commission, and facilitates the statewide Delaware Tree Coalition of tree-planting organizations for improved information sharing and cross-promotion statewide. In partnership, she is working to advance the regional Plant One Million initiative throughout Delaware. She holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Sociology and Landscape Horticulture.

Fun fact: Jen loves to cook and in her spare time can often be found creating some kind of culinary concoction. If  not cooking, she’s likely walking her rescued dogs, Rafi and Smalls.
