25+ Volunteers needed to join our 2nd annual Crop Mob

We've reached our 25 volunteers needed.  Check our Calendar of Events for other volunteer opportunities.

What:  TheDCH invites you to join us in supporting our local farmer(s) in a very hands-on and tangible way.  This is our opportunity to say ‘thank you’ in a small way by providing a morning of assistance on the farm.

Volunteers will:

• Removing rows of black plastic
• Pruning berry bushes
• Planting Seeds

So bring your gloves, dress to get dirty, meet new friends, enjoy a beautiful setting, get some exercise, and spend time with your family doing something really wonderful.

When: Saturday, April 2^nd, 2011, 9 am to Noon

Where: SIW Vegetables, 4317 South Creek Road, Chadds Ford, PA.  19317.  Two miles south of Rt. 1 on Creek Road or two miles north of Smithsbridge Road and Montchanin Road intersection.  Montchanin Road and Creek Road are actually the same road, but called different names in different States (PA-Creek, DE-Montchanin).
